- Full-Time Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000–$85,000 Annually — including hourly pay, tips, enhancements and bonuses
- Total Earning Potential: Approximately $40–$50 Per Hour — including hourly pay, tips and bonuses

What You'll Do
- Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on each guest's individual needs
- Review guest intake forms and tailor services appropriately
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining Woodhouse service standards
- Offer service enhancements and educate guests on their benefits
- Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Accurately document guest treatment notes
- Collaborate with our spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold all Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, professionalism, and guest care
Qualifications
- Active Texas Massage Therapy License or a current Massage Therapy License from another state
- 1–2 years of massage therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- A passion for massage therapy, wellness, and genuinely caring for guests
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Team-oriented mindset

You do not have to currently live in Lubbock to be considered.
