We have increased our pay, offer a wider range of modalities, are open seven days a week with extended hours so we can accommodate a flexible schedule. For full-time team members we have health, life, disability, supplemental hospital, and cancer insurance, plus employee discounts. We pay for all required CE credits, offer tuition reimbursement, and relocation reimbursement. We have so much demand for therapeutic work on evenings and weekends that we are seeking additional licensed professionals to join our team, and are intentionally seeking professionals who focus on treating pain, tension, or specific health conditions -- and not just relaxation. Ideally, a top candidate will: have training in techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, or sports massage; work to relieve muscle tightness, improve mobility, and reduce chronic pain; collaborate with healthcare providers, including chiropractors, and physical therapists; and customize the session to address problem areas instead of giving a standard, full-body relaxation massage.
