Role Overview The Loadbank Field Service Technician role will operate, maintain and repair loadbank equipment on a mission critical site in Ellendale, ND. Adhering to all safety, quality standards of the company. Providing daily updates and reporting as requested. Key Responsibilities: Embrace a company Culture that is Safety conscious and Customer focused on delivering excellence. Follow the companies Quality management system that includes processes and procedures to deliver the best quality equipment and services we can. Troubleshoot and repair equipment. In the field technician service on customers sites. Represent Patriot Power Services and demonstrate to customers our professionalism and expertise as leaders in the industry. Collaborate with other team members to execute goals and objectives. Other responsibilities as assigned Continuously improve, learn and adapt to the changing environment of a customer focused rental and management startup business. Preferred Skills: Load bank, generator, or other equipment repair work preferred. Electrical training preferred Troubleshooting skills preferred Schematic reading skills preferred Field technician work a plus Data center or Commissioning knowledge a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications: The ability and willingness to pass background and clearance checks to enter customer sites.
