We are looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to manage daily transport operations, handle deviations, coordinate urgent shipments, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries in a dynamic supply chain environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Monitor daily transport flows and manage deviations.

✅ Receive, coordinate, and execute urgent transport requests.

✅ Book and coordinate transportation for deliveries.

✅ Follow up with carriers to ensure timely and reliable shipments.

✅ Establish and maintain contingency plans for transport disruptions.

✅ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve transport-related issues.

✅ Ensure efficient transport operations and minimise delivery delays.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✔️ 2–5 years of relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.

✔️ Practical knowledge of transport bookings and delivery coordination.

✔️ Experience handling transport deviations and urgent shipments.

✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently with general supervision.

✔️ A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
