Logistics Quality Associate!
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help ensure the accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in logistics and quality.
Location: Haw River, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do:
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
- Verify labeling, quantities, and shipping documentation
- Identify and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Document and report non-compliant shipments
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support inventory and shipping documentation processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No experience required; warehouse, printing, or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, MIS systems)
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
