A Japanese logistics company is currently recruiting a Logistics Sales Specialist to join its team near Frankfurt, Germany.

The role will cover a broad range of activities from new customer development and logistics solution proposals; to implementation and stabilisation after winning new business.

You will also be involved in planning and managing international transport and warehousing projects, working across Europe and Asia in a multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers in Europe
  • Propose logistics solutions, prepare quotations, and respond to tender opportunities
  • Support the implementation and stabilisation of new logistics operations after winning business
  • Identify and evaluate logistics partners and compare service levels, quality, and costs for tenders
  • Plan, launch, and manage medium- to long-term logistics projects focused on international transport and warehousing


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Business level of fluency in both Japanese and English
  • German language skills are advantageous
  • Proactive approach to new business development and sales activities
  • Flexible and adaptable when working with different systems, regulations, and business challenges across Europe
  • Able to work effectively in a multinational team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills


Conditions

  • Location: near Frankfurt, Germany
  • Working Style: office based
  • Salary: negotiable depending on experience
  • Job Type: permanent, full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
  • Start: ASAP
