Long-Term Care Pharmacist (Multiple Schedules Available: Weekend, Day, Overnight 7on/7off, or Leadership)

We are seeking licensed, detail-oriented Pharmacists to support daily LTC pharmacy operations. You will review and verify medication orders, provide clinical consultation to healthcare facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and therapeutic appropriateness.
• Verify medication dispensing and maintain accurate pharmacy records.
• Provide clinical guidance to healthcare staff and respond to urgent medication requests.
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits (Leadership track).

Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License (TSBP).
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (required for weekend track).

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Technical: FrameworkLTC pharmacy software (highly preferred), medication dispensing systems.
• Soft: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, collaborative team mindset.
