M&A Insurance Relocation

We are working with a leading global insurance business seeking to hire an M&A Insurance Professional to join their growing team in Dubai. As the business continues to invest across the Middle East, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to relocate and work on complex cross-border M&A transactions across the region.

What is the role?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Transactional Risk team, supporting clients on Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance and other M&A insurance solutions. Working alongside leading insurers, private equity firms, law firms, and corporate clients, you will play a key role in delivering insurance solutions for domestic and international transactions.

What will you be doing?

• Support the delivery of Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance and other Transactional Risk solutions.
• Work on complex M&A transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, law firms, private equity sponsors, investment banks, and corporate clients.
• Manage multiple transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Prepare transaction and market documentation.
• Work closely with clients and counterparties to deliver successful outcomes on live deals.
• Contribute to the continued growth of a market-leading Transactional Risk practice.

What do you need to apply?

• Experience within M&A Insurance, Transactional Risk, W&I Insurance.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in complex corporate transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to develop your career in a high-growth market.
• An interest in relocating to Dubai (relocation support is available).
