Fox Talent is partnering with a fast-growing technology company in Dubai that is expanding its AI and data capability. The business is investing heavily in machine learning to improve its products and is building out a team to lead that work in the region.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of ML models from research through to deployment, working on problems with real commercial impact in one of the world’s fastest-moving tech markets.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, training and deploying machine learning models into production
• Building scalable ML pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation and monitoring
• Working with LLMs and NLP, including Arabic language capability where relevant
• Partnering with data, engineering and product teams to turn business problems into ML solutions
• Driving best practice in MLOps, model versioning and performance tracking

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar applied role
• Strong Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
• Proven track record of taking models from experimentation into production
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Kubeflow or SageMaker
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: Arabic language skills or previous experience in the GCC
