Your Position:
Major Purpose
Major Duties
- Plans, coordinates and performs maintenance work for facility equipment and process equipment Solve all kinds of equipment technology problems. Decisions are made based on established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors. Main equipment include: welding machine and positioner, air compressor, building ancillary facilities, etc
- Provides troubleshooting of the production equipment to support production, manufacturing, logistics and equipment operations
- Edit equipment maintenance manual and Safety Operation Instruction for production equipment. Have related responsibility to training maintenance technician.
- Maintenance cost control.
- In order to solve some complex equipment failure, need to maintain efficient communication with supplier on the technical aspects.
- Provides reasonable advice for the facility equipment and process equipment maintenance through both internal and external resources.
- Work with supervisor to establish annual equipment maintenance plan and preventative maintenance strategy, implement preventative maintenance plan and track maintenance results.
Required
Electricity or mechanical engineering background, 5 years or above work experience
Desired
Have welding equipment or machining center maintenance experience, familiar with facility equipment operation and maintenance.
Education
Degree in engineering / Technology discipline or equivalent experience. University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
