Job Purpose and Impact As the Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you'll lead a team in repairing, maintaining, and installing machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems. We're seeking a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of feed mills experience, mechanical and industrial maintenance expertise, including 4 years leading teams. Key Accountabilities Develop preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate with other plant functions for seamless support. Ensure safety guidelines adherence for employee wellbeing. Prioritize and assign tasks based on established plans. Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions. Lead, develop, and make decisions on talent management. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum four years of related work experience. 4+ years of supervisory experience. Experience managing tasks across multiple maintenance disciplines. Preferred: Feed mills experience.
