What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running efficiently by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. You'll work hands-on in a dynamic production environment supporting critical industries like aerospace, energy, and defense. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning Who You Are You’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working on complex machinery.
