  • Support development and implementation of Commissioning & Commercial Integration processes, controls, and compliance practices

Commercial Operation Handover and Project Closeout:

    • Offtaker notices and acknowledgements
    • Independent Engineer correspondence and certificates

  • Resolve outstanding gaps or deficiencies prior to COD declaration, or formally document and track approved exceptions and follow-up actions
  • Support transition meetings and knowledge transfer to Asset Management to ensure continuity post-COD

Strategic Initiatives & Project Execution

  • Support Clearway’s strategic growth plan by leading project evaluations, reviews, and commercial due diligence with a high degree of quality and consistency
  • Drive corporate initiatives to strengthen enterprise-wide processes, tools, and systems
  • Lead development and implementation of information-sharing platforms and work management systems
  • Establish and standardize best practices for project commercial readiness and integration into mid- and back-office functions

Leadership
