Manager Laboratory

Position: Laboratory Manager Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. The Allied Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all allied health services within our organization. This includes managing a team of allied health professionals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and staff scheduling Oversee a team of lab technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory processes Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results Collaborate with other departments to coordinate laboratory testing and analysis Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and documentation Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity Train and mentor new lab technicians Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices in laboratory management Manage budget and expenses for the laboratory department Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management role.
