YOUR ROLE

The Manager, Legal Operations Programs & Governance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the operational processes, governance frameworks, workflows, and service delivery models that enable the Global Legal & Compliance function to operate efficiently and consistently across regions.

This role serves as the operational lead for matter management, intake and triage, litigation and employment operations support, legal holds administration, information governance, compliance operations support, SOP development, training, and change management initiatives. The position works closely with attorneys, compliance professionals, HR, Finance, IT, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to implement scalable and repeatable legal processes.

Supports operational excellence across all Global Legal & Compliance practice areas, including litigation, labor and employment, compliance, privacy, commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. Responsible for designing and implementing the processes, governance structures, workflows, controls, training programs, and operating procedures that support the delivery of legal services across these functions.

The role functions as a senior individual contributor and project leader, responsible for independently driving global initiatives while partnering closely with the Legal Operations Leader on strategic priorities. This position does not own technology architecture or legal spend strategy; instead, it owns the operational implementation of legal business processes and governance frameworks. This role supports all Global Legal & Compliance practice areas and is organized by operational responsibility, not legal subject matter.
