Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Manager Performance & Ressourcen to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do

• Track business performance through KPI monitoring and reporting.

• Support decision-making with data analysis and root cause identification.

• Drive improvement projects to achieve performance targets.

• Present performance results and suggest process enhancements.

• Provide performance insights and recommendations to management.

• Implement the integrated performance management process.

• Plan short- and medium-term resources.

• Calculate production headcount needs.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Controlling / Economics / Python / SQL / Google Workspace

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
