Manager Radiology

Position: Manager Radiology Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Radiology for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local Job An ideal candidate, should have a strong background in radiology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services. Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and procedures. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Manage and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Participate in hiring and training new staff members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Radiology or a related field; Masters in Radiology preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a radiology department. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of radiology procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using radiology software and electronic medical records.
