  • Help lead the continued growth and optimization of outpatient imaging services, with attention to patient access, throughput, service delivery, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with directors, managers, physicians, supervisors, and partners outside radiology to align clinical and operational priorities.
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews, applying a high level of financial understanding to monitor performance, recognize discrepancies, investigate variances, and support responsible decision-making.
  • Manage operations within approved budgets while identifying opportunities to use staffing, supplies, technology, and other resources effectively.
  • Oversee imaging equipment and capital inventory, including equipment planning, documentation, lifecycle management, replacement needs, and surplus processes.
  • Manage capital projects and contribute operational expertise to equipment acquisition, implementation, and long-term planning.
  • Maintain and improve clinical standard work, policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Support successful accreditation and regulatory readiness efforts.
  • Promote a safe environment for patients and team members while reinforcing quality, compliance, and service expectations.
  • Develop supervisors and team members through coaching, accountability, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Foster productive relationships beyond radiology and model effective, transparent communication.
  • Champion innovation and organizational change that improve effectiveness, patient experience, and clinical operations.
  • Take action to achieve measurable results and ensure internal and external customer needs are met.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of progressively responsible experience. A master’s degree is preferred. License or certification in at least one clinical imaging modality is required, such as X-ray, sonography, MRI, CT, or nuclear medicine.
