RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, including the development of the company’s mid/long-term strategy, setting objectives, and identifying ways to achieve these goals. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the business. Use this information to recommend adjustments to the company's strategic direction. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and monitor progress against these metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects. Stakeholder Management: Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presentations to executive leadership and the board of directors. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (e.g., Business Units, Finance, Sales and SCM) to ensure strategic plans are aligned with departmental goals and implemented effectively across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful strategic project management. Experience in large scale CPG companies is a plus. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with familiarity with business intelligence and planning software being an advantage.
