Company Description Thrift For Good are charitable preloved clothing stores with the mission to rehome preloved items to reduce waste and help children around the world by donating 100% of their profits. We are powered by a volunteer community, strive for zero waste, and are focusing on breaking the cycle of child labour in the textile industry. The team works to create positive social change, combining eco-friendly practices with community empowerment. The Managing Director will provide overall strategic leadership to the organisation, working closely with the Board and management team to drive our mission, organisational performance, financial sustainability, and long-term development.

We are looking for an experienced, values-led leader who can empower managers, build strong relationships, make sound data-informed strategic decisions, speak from the heart about our mission, and balance our social and environmental mission with the need for a sustainable, well-managed organisation.

Salary & Benefits

AED 12,000–14,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role. We provide a visa, health insurance, a flight allowance, 30 days' leave, and other benefits.
