Our service department is seeking a seasoned technician capable of diagnosing and repairing today’s increasingly complex vehicles. Responsibilities
Diagnose advanced drivability and electrical concerns
Perform major mechanical repairs including engine and transmission work
Conduct hybrid and electric vehicle system diagnostics
Complete manufacturer warranty repairs per guidelines
Execute control module programming and system updates
Support junior technicians with technical insight
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair documentation
Maintain clean, organized work habits and efficient repair times
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional technician experience
Factory certification (Ford/Lincoln strongly preferred)
Proficiency with IDS, FDRS, or comparable OEM tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
