Eaton's Power Reliability Division is seeking a Master Scheduler. This role will be based at our South Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. (Relocation is offered)
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and customer support activities related to Switchgear, Padmount and Engineer to Order (ETO) Assembly operations. The Master Scheduler plays a critical role in coordinating customer orders, manufacturing schedules, material availability, and delivery commitments while partnering closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, customer service, project management, and product line teams
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that align customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability. Key responsibilities include:
Production Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week master production schedule.
• Schedule multiple production lines.
• Analyze production capacity, material availability, and customer demand to establish production priorities.
• Coordinate production rescheduling activities and Revised Goods Issue Dates (RGID) to support changing customer requirements and material constraints.
• Manage order releases and support plant On Time to Release (OTR) objectives.
• Drive accountability for past-due production orders and schedule performance metrics.
• Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), ensuring production orders accurately reflect BOM updates.
• Maintain planning BOM accuracy and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities.
• Utilize SAP reports to monitor scheduling performance, inventory accuracy, serial number allocations, aged orders, and backflush transactions.
Customer & Operational Support
• Serve as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, customer service, and project management teams.
• Communicate schedule changes, expedite requests, shipping delays, and order status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support production planning decisions based on business priorities and customer commitments.
• Report performance metrics including scheduled units, revenue, lead times, and schedule attainment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, OR a High School Diploma or GED minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in materials planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, or related supply chain activities.
- Relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Candidates that currently reside or are willing to relocate within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

- Preferred Qualifications
- APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification.
- Experience with SAP ECC, MRP planning, purchasing, or production scheduling modules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities
