MD/DO - Family Medicine Physician-Holmen

Emplify Health by Gundersen Holmen Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team in Holmen, Wisconsin. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide broad-scope family medicine care in a supportive, patient-centered setting. This position offers the chance to practice full-spectrum family medicine while working with a team that values teaching, flexibility, and high-quality care. Position highlights Work alongside a dedicated team focused on preventive care and building lasting relationships with patients. Access to 24-hour specialist consultation support. Outpatient family medicine practice with broad scope and room to tailor your work to your interests. Opportunity to perform a variety of special procedures. Opportunity to teach NP/PA students and occasional involvement with medical students and residents. On-site lab and x-ray services. Specialty outreach support. Rare call responsibilities with phone-only coverage. Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
