Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical & CAD Engineer to support design, 3D modeling, modification, and improvement projects using advanced CAD software. You will collaborate closely with software, electrical, and electronic engineering teams to drive cutting-edge developments.

Key Industries & Projects:

Automotive Sector: Electric Vehicles (EV), Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicles (FCHV), hybrid cars, auto parts, transmission systems, internal resin components, etc.
High-Tech Sector: Medical devices, communication equipment, railway systems, aerospace components, robotics, and semiconductors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform 3D modeling and detailed mechanical design using CAD software.
Support existing project modifications and product improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software and electrical engineering teams.
Ensure high precision and adherence to technical and industrial standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Hands-on practical experience or background in physical product development (automobiles, machinery, industrial devices, or products). Welcome backgrounds include CAD operation, drafting, quality control, or production engineering.
Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Technologist Degree, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory Business-Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), as this is an on-site manufacturing environment integrated with local teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ¥210,000 to ¥500,000 JPY (Estimated annual salary between ¥3,000,000 and ¥6,000,000 JPY, including bonuses, based on experience and capability).
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (8 hours/day). Includes fixed overtime allowances (up to 20 hours/month); any minutes exceeding this cap are compensated at 100% full overtime rate.
