◆Powertrain (A/T) Casing Design Powertrain (A/T) casing design (mechanical design) involves designing the metal case that encloses the car's transmission. This casing supports important internal components such as gears, clutches, shafts, and oil passages in the correct position and protects them from external shocks, vibrations, and heat. The design process considers factors such as sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the forces applied during driving, as well as weight reduction to improve fuel efficiency. It is also necessary to consider shapes that are easy to cast and process, structures that are easy to assemble and maintain, and measures to reduce noise and vibration. The work is carried out using 3D CAD (CATIA) to design the shape and checking the strength and deformation with analysis software.

• Required Conditions
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.)
• Japanese language proficiency: Fluent everyday conversation (N1-N2 level: to be determined in the interview)
• Living in Japan: 3 years or more (Living in Japan = residing in Japan) *No follow-up is needed regarding living in Japan.
• Knowledge: Mechanical drawing (appropriate setting of dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances)
• Experience: Product design experience: 3 years or more
• Personality: Highly motivated to grow, excellent communication skills, active, and desires long-term employment.
• If you have a high level of Japanese conversational ability and extensive experience in automotive product design, we will consider candidates aged 32 and over.
