Media Buyer Apply Job Description Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to scale player acquisition across multiple brands and markets. In this role, you will manage paid acquisition campaigns, optimize spend, test new traffic sources, improve player acquisition quality, and work closely with Marketing, CRM, BI, Product, Compliance and Creative teams to drive profitable growth. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site Responsibilities: •Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Sportsbook and Casino products • Manage and optimize six figure monthly acquisition budgets • Improve key performance metrics such as CPA, FTDs, ROAS, NGR, LTV, retention and player value • Launch, test and scale campaigns across DSPs, programmatic, native, paid social and other performance channels • Identify new traffic sources, markets and acquisition opportunities • React quickly to account bans, platform restrictions, traffic volatility and compliance changes • Work with Creative teams to test creatives, offers, funnels, landing pages and conversion paths • Use data, attribution and reporting tools to make real time optimization decisions • Work closely with CRM, BI, Product, Compliance, Affiliate and Content teams to improve player quality and profitability • Prepare regular reporting on spend, performance, forecasting and acquisition results Requirements: • 3+ years of hands on media buying experience within iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook or Betting • Proven experience managing six figure monthly acquisition budgets • Strong experience scaling profitable campaigns across multiple international markets • Strong understanding of regulated, offshore or grey gaming markets • Strong knowledge of iGaming acquisition challenges, including account bans, platform restrictions, attribution issues and payment friction • Experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, native advertising, paid social and performance acquisition channels • Strong command of metrics such as CPA, FTDs, ROAS, NGR, LTV, retention and player value • Experience working with CRM, BI, Product and Compliance teams • Strong analytical, reporting and decision making skills • Advanced Excel and campaign reporting capabilities Valued knowledge: • Experience acquiring players across Asian markets • Experience managing campaigns targeting similar grey markets • Experience launching campaigns in new or restricted markets • Experience with AI powered bidding, audience segmentation and campaign optimization tools • Strong understanding of player quality, downstream value and retention performance • Additional languages are an advantage What’s in it for you?
