Mentor and support associate veterinarians while fostering a collaborative learning environment. Partner with the Hospital Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development. Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals and exotics. Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and client service. Guide clinical protocols, workflows, and medical decision-making. Foster a positive, supportive culture that prioritizes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Balance leadership responsibilities while maintaining an active clinical caseload.
