Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals – Elizabeth Vale and Modbury Total Indicative Remuneration : $118,024 - $190,058 p.a. – MDP2 Temporary Full-Time, up to 31 January 2027 (Multiple Positions) About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking dedicated Medical Practitioners for General Training/GP Training positions across our various departments. As a Medical Practitioner, you will work with dynamic and supportive teams, providing comprehensive services to a diverse patient population. This position allows you to hone your clinical skills, expand your knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions provide exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring effective communication and active involvement in treatment plans collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care pathways participate in continuing professional development activities to maintain and enhance your medical expertise As per the SA Health Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement 2025, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12 month allocation as Medical Practitioner will be determined in line with your training and SA Health’s requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration. The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
