This role supports high-complexity testing and transfusion services within a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment serving diverse acute care patient populations. The ideal candidate has recent acute care Blood Bank experience, strong technical laboratory skills, and the ability to function independently during overnight operations while supporting quality, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
