An opportunity to join a YC-backed healthcare AI startup building the next generation of clinical software.

The company is developing an AI-native operating system for outpatient care, rethinking how clinics operate from the ground up. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, the team is building a product that combines software, AI and hardware to transform healthcare delivery.

The Role

• Build core backend systems for an AI-native EHR and clinical operating system.
• Own product decisions end-to-end, from identifying customer problems to designing and shipping solutions.
• Work directly with the CEO, CTO and CMO with significant influence over product direction.
• Experiment with cutting-edge AI and take new ideas from research to production.
• Solve complex technical challenges across onboarding, infrastructure and product scalability.

What They’re Looking For

• 2–7 years of experience with a strong Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Exceptional backend engineering fundamentals, ideally within 0–1 or 1–10 startup environments.
• Strong product sense and UX judgement — engineers who can identify what users need without relying on a Product Manager.
• A highly intelligent, fast-learning builder who thrives in demanding, high-ownership environments.
• Genuine motivation to improve healthcare and build something meaningful.
