We are partnering with a leading regional mental health service to recruit experienced Mental Health Clinicians / Senior Mental Health Clinicians to join their Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

The Role

As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll work within an integrated multidisciplinary community mental health team, supporting consumers, families and carers across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing comprehensive mental health assessments
• Developing and delivering evidence-based treatment and interventions
• Providing ongoing clinical care, psychoeducation and support
• Working collaboratively with consumers, families and carers
• Coordinating care across community and health services
• Working closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Contributing to recovery-focused and person-centred mental health practice

About You

We’d love to hear from experienced mental health clinicians from the following disciplines:

• Occupational Therapy
• Social Work
• Psychology

You’ll ideally bring:

• Relevant professional registration or eligibility for your discipline
• Experience working within mental health
• Strong assessment, intervention and care coordination skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centred practice

Hours: 80 hours per fortnight, including an ADO every 4 weeks

Salary: Up to $68 per hour + Super
