Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. Complete maintenance and repair services according to Mercedes-Benz factory standards and dealership policies. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service recommendations. Diagnose complex drivability, performance, and electrical concerns using manufacturer diagnostic equipment. Repair and replace components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems. Document repair procedures, diagnostics, and recommended services thoroughly and accurately. Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel to ensure timely vehicle repairs. Participate in Mercedes-Benz training programs and stay current on evolving vehicle technologies. Adhere to all safety regulations, dealership policies, and environmental guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time. Qualifications Mercedes-Benz certification preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and advanced vehicle systems. Ability to use diagnostic scanners, specialized tools, and shop equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
