About the Role
Own enterprise deployments of a mortgage servicing platform, from understanding customer operations to configuring software and delivering measurable results. You will work across customer teams, product, and engineering to turn complex workflows into scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead deployments end to end, including workflow discovery, platform configuration, adoption, and outcome measurement.
Visit customer sites to observe operations, analyze data, and solve business problems, with approximately 10% to 20% domestic travel.
Partner with product and engineering to translate legacy workflows into scalable software solutions.
Make sound decisions in ambiguous situations where information is incomplete and each deployment presents different challenges.
Build playbooks, tooling, and processes that help future rollouts become faster and more scalable.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup.
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or hedge fund, or at a fast-growing startup.
An undergraduate degree from a highly selective university and a track record of staying in roles for more than a year.
Experience creating playbooks, tools, or processes from the ground up.
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, data warehousing, AI tools, and AI coding agents, with active use of AI in your work.
Strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to work in a hybrid office environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. The role also supports hybrid work in New York City.
