Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-stack engineering role on a small, high-impact team building AI-powered commercial automation, including quoting, pricing, and guided selling, for industrial and chemical manufacturing enterprises. You will own product features end-to-end, from polished frontend experiences to backend AI agent infrastructure, at a YC-backed seed-stage company with early enterprise traction and active expansion into European markets.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end AI agents that handle complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for large enterprise customers.

• Own core product features across the full stack using TypeScript, Next.js, and React, including deep integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.

• Architect and maintain GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure to support European enterprise customers.

• Work in a zero-to-one environment, moving quickly from ambiguous requirements to production-grade features.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience building and shipping full-stack web products, with frontend development as a primary strength.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React; experience with Next.js is a plus.

• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK, going well beyond basic LLM API usage.

• A product-oriented mindset: you care about user experience and can translate ambiguous problems into well-scoped, shippable features.

• Comfort working across the stack, including integrations with ERPs, CRMs, and unstructured data sources such as emails and spreadsheets.

• Background at a recognizable startup or established technology company is a plus.

• Experience with enterprise compliance requirements, such as GDPR and data residency, is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
