About the Role
This is a full-stack AI engineering role on a small, high-impact team building AI agents that automate pricing, quoting, and commercial operations for industrial manufacturers. You will own features end-to-end, from polished frontend experiences to backend integrations with enterprise systems, and your work will directly shape a product used by large enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
Design and ship end-to-end AI agents that handle complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for enterprise industrial customers.
Own core product features across the full stack using TypeScript, Next.js, and React, including integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP.
Build and maintain GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure for European enterprise customers.
Operate autonomously in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment, bringing strong product sense to every build decision.
What We're Looking For
3 or more years building and shipping full-stack products or features, with frontend and full-stack work as a primary strength.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React; experience with Next.js is a plus.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or the Agents SDK, going well beyond prompting hosted models.
A track record of owning user-facing web product experiences, not just backend services or data pipelines.
Product-oriented mindset; you think about usability and outcomes, not just technical correctness.
Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments where you define the path forward.
Background from a recognized startup or established tech company is a plus.
