Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial workflows in manufacturing. You will ship end-to-end features that help businesses automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales processes.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise tools such as ERP platforms.

• Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of experience building and shipping full-stack products or features, ideally in a startup environment.

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React, plus hands-on experience with Next.js.

• Experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products beyond standard chatbot use.

• Experience with agentic frameworks or harnesses such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Strong product sense, curiosity about AI, and a track record of learning and applying new tools and techniques.

• Experience integrating with enterprise systems or working with complex manufacturing workflows is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States. This role works from the office five days per week.
