Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact product team building AI-powered quoting and production scheduling tools for chemical and industrial manufacturers. You will ship end-to-end AI products that streamline complex commercial workflows and help customers make faster, better-informed decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Address GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European enterprise customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.

• Experience at a startup and hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems in production.

• Demonstrated experience orchestrating production AI agents and building agentic products beyond standard chatbot integrations.

• Experience with agentic frameworks or harnesses such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and React, with experience using Next.js.

• Curiosity about AI and a habit of keeping up with new tools and techniques.

• Comfort working across product engineering responsibilities in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
