Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will ship product features that help manufacturers automate complex commercial workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Address GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at a startup, with at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.

• Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js experience.

• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, including production agent orchestration.

• Experience using an agentic framework or harness such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Curiosity about AI and a habit of keeping up with emerging tools and techniques.

• Product-mindedness and comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Equity is available. Visa sponsorship is available.
