Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will build end-to-end product features that help automate complex commercial workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping product features.

• Experience working at a startup and building or deeply integrating AI systems beyond general-purpose chat assistants.

• Production experience orchestrating AI agents, ideally using frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and React, plus experience with Next.js.

• Strong product sense, curiosity about emerging AI tools and techniques, and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States, five days per week.
