Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will ship full-stack features and production AI agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents that support quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for manufacturing customers.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency capabilities for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.

• Experience working at a startup and building or deeply integrating AI systems in production.

• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks or agentic harnesses, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and React; experience with Next.js is also required.

• Strong product sense, curiosity about emerging AI tools and techniques, and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
