THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE The Customer & Product Data Migration team within Project Sparrow is looking for Migration Planning & Change Control Support based out of London or Milton Keynes . This role is a 12-month FTC/Secondment. It’s a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank, so it’s a great time to join and make a difference. The Customer & Product Data Migration team is responsible for the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms, including defining and executing the end-to-end migration strategy. As Migration Planning & Change Control Support, you’ll be responsible for providing senior-level planning and change control support by establishing robust plan standards and administering end to end change governance so that proposed changes are fully assessed, decisions are traceable and approved impacts are reflected in the migration baseline. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Co-ordinating clear impact assessments, option papers and decision materials for governance forums Communication decisions, conditions and implementation requirements to affected workstreams Control the change log, workflow, decisions, audit trail, re-baselining and implementation validation Work across planners, design leads, finance, risk, legal and delivery teams to secure complete assessments Set standards, coach contributors and drive timely closure of planning and change actions Challenge incomplete submissions and escalate material impacts or non-compliance with agreed decisions WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Salary Range: £71,862.00 - £107,794.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
