What We Offer Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401k Community Involvement Award Winning Dealership Team Environment Career Progression Opportunities Up to $12K Sign on/Relocation bonus for highly qualified applicants Responsibilities: Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched by Foreman and Service Manager Perform high quality and efficient repairs in accordance with Dealership and Factory standards Perform diagnosis/troubleshooting to determine repair needs Road-test repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete Recondition Used Inventory of all makes and models Maintain organized, clean workspace Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisers and Parts Department Employees Participate in continual proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading automotive technologies and processes Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions Pre-employment testing: Including drug, background, and motor vehicle reports Including a hands on skill test in a workshop environment * Must be authorized to work in the United States! Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree strongly preferred 3+ years hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop 2+ years of Dealership experience preferred Valid Driver's License and a good driving record Strong Mechanical & Electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill required Proficiency in basic computer skills required Excellent Customer Service skills required Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set ASE Certifications strongly preferred, but not required Professional appearance and work ethic required * Must be authorized to work in the United States!
