Job Title: Mobile App/Web (Front End Developer) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Associate/Senior Associate for Mobile App Development/Web to create seamless and engaging user interfaces across mobile platforms, driving our digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibility: 1. Develop and implement pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both Android and iOS platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. 2. Support the entire application lifecycle, from concept to release, to ensure robust and reliable mobile applications. 3. Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models to improve user experience and functionality. 4. Build reusable code and libraries for future use to streamline development processes and enhance efficiency. 5. Integrate Fin-Tech innovations into HFCL customer-facing digital journeys to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction. 6. Leverage native APIs for deep integration with both platforms to ensure seamless functionality and performance. 7. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to maintain optimal app performance and user satisfaction. 8. Maintain code using Git and write automated tests to ensure the highest quality of the product. 9. Understand business requirements and create technical specifications for UI development to align with business goals. 10. Prioritize and deliver enhancements to meet customer experience expectations and drive user engagement. 11. Create technical proof of concepts (POCs) for project-related activities to explore new technologies and solutions. 12. Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Head Count: 3 Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mobile app development processes, architectural patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture), and experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and drive project teams. Attitude: Positive, confident, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong background in React JS/Native.
