Mold Technician

Position Overview - Job Title: Mold Technician - Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent - Work Location: Ciudad Juárez, Mexico (near the El Paso, Texas border) Responsibilities - Perform maintenance and repair of molds - Disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds with precision - Support mold setup during changeovers - Monitor production quality and respond to mold-related issues - Manage mold lifespan and perform preventive maintenance activities Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in mold maintenance or machining - Understanding of mold structure and molding conditions - Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts is a plus - Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., mold tooling, mechanical maintenance) - Experience operating LS Mtron and Woojin machinery is a plus - Must be eligible for overseas relocation Work Conditions - Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications Required Documents Resume (please focus on relevant work experience) Additional Information - Visa sponsorship and relocation support available for qualified candidates
