Job Title: Mortgage Advisor Location: Dubai, UAE - Salary: AED 4,000 AED - 5,000/month + Attractive Commission - Visa and professional environment provided Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisers to join their team and build a long-term career in a fast-growing company that values expertise, performance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on mortgage products from leading UAE banks and financial institutions - Analyze client profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable options - Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: pre-approval, documentation, application, and final disbursal - Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal sales teams - Ensure complete compliance with UAE banking and Central Bank mortgage regulations - Meet monthly targets for mortgage submissions and approvals - Stay updated on changes in mortgage policies, interest rates , and property finance guidelines Requirements - Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of mortgage procedures, bank requirements, and documentation - Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial advisory skills - Proven track record of successful mortgage deals - Must be currently residing in Dubai or UAE - Ability to handle client queries independently and close deals efficiently - Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plu s)
