In this role, you'll deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to mothers and their newborns. You will collaborate with an experienced healthcare team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of both mothers and infants. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized care for mothers and newborns, ensuring both patient safety and comfort. Work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care. Assist in educating and supporting families in postpartum care and newborn care routines. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory standards. Follow established policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure top-quality care. Participate in nursing committees, quality improvement activities, and continuing education. Required Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelors Degree) Required Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) CPR-BLS ACLS within 6 months of hire NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 6 months of hire PALS within 6 months of hire Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting. Empathetic and supportive care, especially for families. Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
