Multi‑Die Cold Header Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | We’re Growing and We Need You

EPS is expanding, and we’re actively hiring experienced Multi‑Die Set‑Up Cold Header Operators to join our close‑knit, family‑owned team. We’ve been in business for 40 years, we’re diversified across automotive, HVAC, plumbing, ATV, and trucking, and we’re entering an exciting new chapter as we merge/sell — creating even more opportunity for long‑term growth.

If you’re skilled in multi‑die cold heading and want to join a stable, hands‑on organization where the owners are in the tool room fabricating tools right alongside the team, this is the place to build your career.

Only two plants in Georgia run these machines. You must have 2+ years of experience running cold heading machines and performing full set‑ups. If you want to learn, apply to our Mechanical Machine Apprentice – CNC or Cold Heading role on Indeed.
