Solutions Consultant (Norwegian & English) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-Site Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 – 19:00 About the Role Are you passionate about helping customers and delivering outstanding service? In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email channels, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support across a variety of digital products and services. Your Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Assist users with account-related questions and service navigation. Troubleshoot non-technical issues across various digital products and services. Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed. Requirements Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2 level). Good command of English (B2 level or higher). Previous experience in customer service, customer support, consulting, or related roles is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
