Musculoskeletal Radiologist – Faculty Position
The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at West Virginia University School of Medicine is seeking a diagnostic MSK radiologist (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) with strong clinical skills across the spectrum of musculoskeletal imaging to join our rapidly expanding academic imaging team. Experience in interventional MSK procedures (joint injections/aspirations, bone marrow sampling, soft tissue and bone biopsy) is highly desired.

Practice Highlights:
- Engaging community radiology works with diverse and academically stimulating case mix.
- Reasonable daily imaging volumes of 80-120 total cases (30-40 CTs/MRIs).
- Work with a dedicated team of fellowship-trained radiologists, nurses, and specialized technologists to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
- No IR procedures, PET/nuclear medicine, or mammography required for this opportunity.
- Our clinical practice is supported by a group of excellent, capable, and independent residents, allowing for an engaging and collaborative academic experience.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO (or foreign equivalent), board certified/eligible in Radiology.
- Well-rounded diagnostic radiology skillset, including basic fluoroscopy
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff or students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member
- Applicants should be ABR certified or have passed the Core Component of the ABR Board Examination
- Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging
- Candidates must be eligible for a West Virginia medical license
