Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is verplicht. EU vacatures vereisen verhuizing naar Portugal. Ook voor hybride of thuiswerk functies worden alleen lokale kandidaten met de juiste taalvaardigheden geaccepteerd. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer support, technical assistance, digital platforms, or online services. You will assist users through phone, chat, and email while providing high-quality customer experience. Only candidates with fluent Dutch and English skills will be hired. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is mandatory. EU positions require relocation to Portugal. Even remote or hybrid roles require local candidates with the requested language skills. Responsibilities Provide technical and customer support through phone, email, and chat channels Assist users with search engine related products, account questions, and troubleshooting requests Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment Troubleshoot user issues and service requests Document customer cases accurately Work closely with internal teams Maintain high customer satisfaction levels Follow quality and productivity standards Requirements Fluent Dutch and English language skills Strong communication skills and passion for helping customers Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback Availability for rotational schedules Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM and weekends 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM with 2 rotational days off Minimum 1 year experience in technical support, customer service, or digital operations At least 6 months experience in customer communication, online support, or back-office operations Experience working with KPIs, productivity goals, or service standards Strong communication abilities Basic technical troubleshooting skills Flexibility for shifts if needed EU citizenship and active passport required Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Why work with us?
